Each project includes a comprehensive design process to ensure a cohesive and detailed-driven result
Design fees for large or highly detailed projects may exceed these ranges based on scope.
Field involvement
- Strongly recommended for precise placement and final refinement
- On-site fixture location planning and flagging
- Coordination and oversight during installation
- Nighttime adjustments and refinement
Additional services
- Maintenance planning

Terms & payment schedule
- 50% retainer fee to initiate work
- Remaining balance billed at project milestones

Defined revisions included. Additional scope, if requested, addressed separately.
Travel
Travel is included for most projects. Extended travel is addressed based on location.
Installation
Installation is quoted separately within the Liaison proposal or contractor proposal.
